Who we are
Manchester Subsidence is a lead generation service. We are not a firm of surveyors or building contractors ourselves. Our role is to take your enquiry and pass it on to a fully qualified, vetted subsidence professional operating in Greater Manchester who is able to help with your situation.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the information you provide, including your name, full address and postcode, email address, phone number, property details and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
How we use your information
We use your details for one primary purpose: to introduce you to an approved subsidence specialist. By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you agree that we may share the information you provide with one or more vetted third-party professionals (such as chartered surveyors, structural engineers or specialist contractors) so that they can contact you directly about your enquiry.
We may also use your details to follow up on the status of your enquiry and to improve our service.
Who we share it with
Your details will be shared with the approved subsidence professional we match you with. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. The specialist who receives your details becomes a separate data controller for their own use of that information.
Lawful basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (the GDPR tick-box on the enquiry form). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, although this will not affect any introduction that has already been made.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
